Where can I make a booking?
Click “Make Reservation” menu to make a reservation. The reservation process is as follows 

- Click “Online Reservation > Real-time reservation” menu. And Select Visit Schedule / Select Number of Visitor > Fill out detailed Information > Check Reservation Information and make payment.

You are able to cancel your reservation.

Can I apply the tour program offline?
You can purchase a ticket on a first come, first served basis depending on the ticketing status of the day. 

Please note that the ticketing may be closed early depending on the ticketing status.

How long does a refund take after cancellation?
Credit card refund takes 3 to 5 business days, and debit card refund takes 5 to 7 business days.

How can I get there?
DMZ Peace Tour is located at 148-57, Imjingak-ro, Munsan-eup, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea. 

It is located near Imjingang Station, and you can visit by using public transportation.

Can I visit by using a public transportation?
We are located close to Imjingang Station, and you can visit by using a public transportation.

Take Gyeongui-Jungang Line and get off at Imjingang Station.
Visitor Information
Can I enter on a rainy day?
All tour schedules may be cancelled in cases of DMZ security threats, bad weather conditions, rain, or safety issues. 

Access to the civilian control area may be restricted, and booking may be cancelled in cases of emergency or inevitable situations.
Especially, please note that access to DMZ is restricted for safety on snowy days during winter.
Facilities and means of transportation
Are there any special cases of entry restriction?
Elderly, people with high/low pressure, mental/physical issues, respiratory problem, or drunk people may be restricted from entering the tunnel. 

Tourists using wheelchairs or tourists with mobility difficulties may not enter the 3rd Tunnel due to its narrow space and steep slope.
