Can I enter on a rainy day?
All tour schedules may be cancelled in cases of DMZ security threats, bad weather conditions, rain, or safety issues.
Access to the civilian control area may be restricted, and booking may be cancelled in cases of emergency or inevitable situations.
Especially, please note that access to DMZ is restricted for safety on snowy days during winter.

Those without passport cannot enter. And entry is not allowed with expired passports.

Can I enter with my mobile ID?
A: We accept following mobile IDs :
[Accepted IDs] Mobile Driver’s License : Accepted (Korean National Police Agency)
Mobile National Independence Honoree : Accepted (Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs)
Resident Registration Card Mobile Identification Service : Accepted (Ministry of the Interior and Safety)

Are there tour guides or docents?
DMZ Peace Tourism does not provide a separate tour guide. Group tourists may accompany their own tour guide.

When are the closed days and open hours?

- Ticketing Hours : 09:00~14:30
- Ticketing may be closed early depending on the ticketing status on the day.

When is the ticketing deadline?
The ticketing deadline is as follows :
- Ticketing After Online Reservation : 20 minutes before departure
- Offline (On-Site) Ticketing : 10 minutes before departure

What’s the difference between tunnel course and observatory course in A course?
When you choose the tunnel course and observatory course in A course, you can tour Imjingak, 3rd Tunnel, Dora Observatory, and Unification Village. You will be departing from Imjingak and arriving at either 3rd Tunnel first or Dora Observatory depending on the course you choose.
Tunnel Course : Imjingak → 3rd Tunnel → Dora Observatory → Unification Village → Imjingak
Observatory Course : Imjingak → Dora Observatory → 3rd Tunnel → Unification Village → Imjingak

Are preschoolers allowed to enter?
Preschoolers under 6 years of age are allowed to enter.
Preschoolers are exempt from fees. For detailed fee information, please refer to the fee page.
